Ramsports Welcomes Rising Collegiate Standout Ben Rice to the Team

Ramsports is proud to welcome Ben Rice as the newest addition to our roster of professional athletes.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ben represents a new generation of pickleball players who are proving that passion, determination, and hard work can fast-track success. Currently competing in collegiate pickleball at Liberty University in Virginia, Ben’s journey into the sport began during the summer before his freshman year of college in 2024.

Unlike many elite players, Ben entered pickleball with zero tennis experience. What he lacked in a traditional racquet sports background, he quickly made up for with an unwavering commitment to improving his game.

In just two years, Ben’s dedication propelled him to become the eighth-ranked collegiate pickleball player in the nation by the end of his sophomore year—an incredible achievement that reflects both his talent and relentless work ethic.

His rapid rise has also led him to compete on some of the sport’s biggest stages, including the PPA Tour, APP Tour, and Brickwall Pro Series, where he continues to challenge himself against top-level competition while gaining valuable professional experience.

As Ben continues to make his mark in both collegiate and professional pickleball, Ramsports is excited to support his journey and provide the performance equipment he needs to compete at the highest level. His drive to improve, fearless approach to competition, and remarkable rise in the sport make him a perfect fit for the Ramsports family.
