Warranty
Coverage
Ramsports paddles are covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal playing conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper use or misuse
- Negligence or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, collisions, or impact damage
- Transportation or shipping damage
- Acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, flood, or extreme weather
Warranty Period
- Ramsports paddles are covered by a one (1) year warranty.
- The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.
Eligibility
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Warranty coverage is valid worldwide, in countries where Ramsports products are sold.
Warranty Resolution
At its sole discretion, Ramsports will:
- Replace the paddle with the same or a comparable model
Replacement products may be new and are covered only for the remaining balance of the original warranty period.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@ramsports.com and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless stated associated with sending the paddle back to Ramsports for warranty inspection and validation.
Ramsports reserves the right to request the return of the product for inspection prior to approving a warranty claim.
