Warranty Period

Ramsports paddles are backed by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing or material defects under normal play
• Structural defects in the paddle core or face materials
• Delamination of the paddle face
• Cracks or splits that affect performance
• Edge guard separation due to manufacturing defects
• Loose handles or rattling not caused by impact or abuse
  

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Cosmetic blemishes (scratches, scuffs, paint wear)
• Damage caused by impact, abuse, or misuse
• Use outside normal playing conditions
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  

Eligibility

• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• This warranty is valid worldwide in countries where Ramsports products are sold.
  

Warranty Resolution

At its sole discretion, Ramsports may:

• Replace the paddle with the same or a comparable model.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished and are covered only for the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the paddle to Ramsports for warranty inspection and validation, unless otherwise stated.
• Ramsports reserves the right to request the return of the product for inspection before approving a warranty claim.
