Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. You may return most unused items within 10 days of delivery, as long as they’re in original condition and packaging with tags intact.
What items cannot be returned?
Personalized gear, undergarments, worn protective gear, clearance items, and anything returned after the window are non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Email support@ramsports.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Who pays for return shipping?
If we made an error (e.g., sent the wrong item), we cover shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s processe.
What if I receive a defective item?
Contact us within 10 days. We’ll replace the item, exchange it, or offer a full refund depending on the situation.
