At Ramsports (Hong Kong) Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused items within ten (10) days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Items must be free from odors, stains, and damage.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return requests must be submitted within the return window.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Personalized, customized, or embroidered products
Gift cards or promotional items
Clearance or final sale merchandise
Undergarments or worn protective gear (e.g., mouthguards, compression wear)
Items returned after the return window
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at support@ramsports.com with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Pack your item(s) securely and drop them off at your nearest carrier location.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item you want is out of stock, you may request a refund or choose a different item of equal value.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within ten (10) days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
