Ram Bucks are promotional store credits that customers may earn through qualifying Ramsports purchases or special promotions.

Ram Bucks:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or gifted.
• May only be used toward eligible Ramsports merchandise.
• Are not gift cards and are issued solely for promotional purposes.

Ramsports may offer Ram Bucks on qualifying purchases during designated promotional periods.

The amount of Ram Bucks earned, eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, promotional dates, and other requirements will be stated as part of each promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, Ram Bucks are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping, or other fees.

Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and other excluded items do not qualify toward earning Ram Bucks.

Ram Bucks earned through a qualifying purchase may be subject to a pending period before they can be redeemed.

The applicable redemption date or redemption period will be communicated with each promotion.

Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, or subject to a chargeback may result in the associated Ram Bucks being canceled or removed.

Ram Bucks may be redeemed toward eligible merchandise purchased directly from Ramsports.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Ram Bucks cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes.
• Ram Bucks cannot be used toward taxes, shipping, or other fees.
• Ram Bucks cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• Ram Bucks cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Ramsports may establish minimum purchase requirements for redemption.
• Ramsports may limit the amount of Ram Bucks that may be redeemed in a single transaction.

Unless specifically stated as part of a promotion, purchases made using an ambassador, pro player, affiliate, wholesale, or other Ramsports discount code will not earn Ram Bucks.

Ram Bucks may not be combined with ambassador, pro player, affiliate, wholesale, or other promotional discount codes at redemption unless specifically authorized by Ramsports.

Ramsports reserves the right to determine whether purchases made through affiliate or ambassador programs qualify for commissions when Ram Bucks are earned or redeemed.

Ram Bucks must be redeemed by the expiration date communicated when the promotional credit is issued.

Unused promotional Ram Bucks will expire after the applicable redemption period, except where prohibited or otherwise required by applicable law.

Expired Ram Bucks will not be reinstated.

If merchandise that earned Ram Bucks is returned or the qualifying transaction is canceled, Ramsports may cancel or deduct the corresponding Ram Bucks.

If Ram Bucks associated with the original purchase have already been redeemed, Ramsports may deduct the redeemed promotional value from any refund otherwise due, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If merchandise purchased using Ram Bucks is returned, the promotional portion of the purchase is not refundable for cash. Ramsports will determine whether any Ram Bucks are reinstated based on the terms of the applicable promotion and Ramsports' return policy.

An exchange of an item for the same product may not affect the customer's Ram Bucks.

An exchange for a different product may be treated as a return and new purchase for purposes of calculating Ram Bucks.

Ramsports reserves the right to cancel Ram Bucks or restrict participation when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized resale, manipulation of promotional offers, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, or other misuse of the program.

Ramsports may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ram Bucks Program or an individual Ram Bucks promotion, subject to applicable law.

Changes will not alter promotional credits already earned where doing so would violate applicable law.

Ramsports reserves the right to correct errors involving the calculation, issuance, or redemption of Ram Bucks.

If Ram Bucks are issued incorrectly because of a technical or administrative error, Ramsports may correct the customer's promotional balance.
